Scales Exotic Reptiles Pet Shop

We had a great experience at this place which I had found from AI recommendations as we had planned to get baby bearded dragons. The workers were really helpful and answering all of our questions helping us get all of the items needed for our new pets. Although the store was quite busy I didn't feel rushed to make decisions or pressure to buy more than what was needed. They also told us we could bring the dragons back to help sex them and there's also a warranty in case something happens so overall we had a great experience.

Scales is the best reptile shop ever!!!!! we started going there after we rescued a crested gecko and they have been a huge help in getting us into the reptile hobby! since then we have gotten two frogs from them who are doing great!! they have a fantastic selection and the employees are amazing and always willing to answer even the most basic questions without making you feel dumb about it lol! i would highly recommend visiting them both if you are new to the hobby or an experienced keeper :)

I’m always looking for reptiles stores that sell happy and healthy reptiles as well as promote proper husbandry and truly care about their animals and I think this store takes all three to a new level!! You can tell just how passionate they are about reptiles as well as how well cared for the reptiles they sell are!

The customer service here is amazing. We went here with the kids to check out the animals, and the woman working totally exceeded our expectations by showing us the snakes and just being incredibly knowledgeable and friendly with the kids. I believe the owner was there as well, and she also took the time to explain the process of caring for the axolotls. 10 out of 10 pet store. Also the giant turtle that guards the shop is legendary. Best pet store in town.

I have three ball pythons and one boa and this store is the best for everything you need from enclosures to feeders. The staff is very knowledgeable. They instructed me how to go from live to frozen thawed feeders. The store looks like a reptile zoo inside.
